Situation

These tools must manage adherence, provide dosing information, and facilitate high-level educational conversations about medication usage.

Task

To design and implement a suite of digital tools that improve communication, education, and engagement for HCPs and patients.

These tools aim to enhance understanding, adherence, and overall patient care while ensuring consistency and ease of use across multiple touchpoints.

Action

  • Interactive Polls:
    Developed interactive polls to gather insights from website visitors, understand their knowledge, preferences, and information needs. Used true/false, yes/no, and multiple-choice questions to engage users and assess their understanding of the brand and its offerings.

  • Patient Stories:
    Created compelling patient stories to help potential patients relate to the brand. Designed multiple narratives to showcase different patient journeys, illustrating the positive impact of the medication on their quality of life. These stories provided relatable, real-life examples for patients and caregivers.
